Return Policy: Returns request must be made within 30 days of delivery of the order. If the return is due to an order being damaged, defective, or incorrect item received, then we will provide a prepaid return label at our expense, and issue full refund shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse. If the return is NOT due to being damage, defective, or incorrect then the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs incurred. In that case we will send a prepaid return label, and subtract the return shipping costs from the return refund. Please note that while we do offer free shipping, the customer is be responsible for return shipping costs incurred on returned orders if the return is for reason other than item being damaged, defective or incorrect. Before returning a product, please obtain return authorization by contacting us at [email protected] and providing the following information: (Please include your order number and the reason for return). We will issue a refund minus any applicable return shipping costs shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse.

Mattress Return Policy: Mattresses are non-returnable if opened or taken out of their plastic wrapping.
